Following a new company acquisition, Lynne Marek of Crain's Chicago Business writes about Pritzker Group Private Capital and those little cardboard sleeves:
"The next time you grab a Starbucks cup sleeve to shield yourself from the hot coffee, you can thank the Pritzker family.
"Pritzker Group Private Capital, the private-equity arm of J.B. and Tony Pritzker's investment firm, has acquired Cicero-based LBP Manufacturing, the company that makes those sleeves as well as the Dunkin' Donuts Box O' Joe containers and McDonald's items."
